Less for restaurants - but more for my members

In my first years, I sold most of my wines to hotels and restaurants in the upscale segment on Mallorca, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In the meantime, however, I sell almost exclusively to members of the Club de vino 953, who can buy their wine from their own barrels, eggs, as their own limited edition, but also as individual bottles. As a result, I have considerably reduced my wine deliveries to hotels and restaurants and only deliver to them if I have a special relationship with them. Club de vino 953, die ihren Wein aus eigenen Fässern, Eier, als eigene limited edition, aber auch als Einzelflaschen erwerben können. Die Weinlieferungen an Hotels und Restaurants habe ich damit einhergehend erheblich reduziert und liefere hier nur noch, wenn eine besondere Bindung zu diesen besteht.

Der Verkauf an Freunde ist wichtiger, als möglichst oft gelistet zu sein

Durch eine Änderung meines Vertriebskonzepts kann ich sicherstellen, dass vor allem Mitglieder meine Weine erhalten.

Many of the restaurants pictured here no longer have my wines in their assortment because I simply can't supply them all anymore. Nevertheless, it is certainly interesting for many of you to know where I was listed before my concept change.

Michael Zeyer and Anja Dold's restaurant-bar-café is very sophisticated and stylish. The white furnishings, the fur-covered stools as well as the café's decor and ceiling are real eye-catchers. This appeals to both label wearers and Stuttgart tourists. But the palate is not neglected either: the breakfast variations Cervantes, Theodor Fontane or Truman Capote (for two people) are delicious. Lunch on the upper floor is just as fine, creative and varied.
